Subject	What's more important for performance RWTQ or RWHP?

Message	Seeing that both are forms of power. The bigger one seems to go in turbo or turbo's, the RWHP seems to gain much more top end. Yet the smaller sized more efficient to the street driven RPM range turbo's seem to pack more TQ. Seems like the TQ would be a greater factor for out perform from the lower end to mid range, yet if the other car had more RWHP, it would still need a lot more to over compensate for the car ahead of him with more TQ.
